As the Operations Manager at Linker Financial Group, my primary responsibilities include handling new business and client services. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role. I previously worked at PFG West and hold a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fresno Pacific University. Additionally, I have obtained the Series 7, 24, 51, 63, and 66 securities licenses, held through LPL Financial, as well as the California State Insurance License.
Family keeps me motivated, and the most exciting part of this business is turning clients into long-term friends. Seeing the smiles on our clients' faces when we've helped them work toward their goals and needs is incredibly rewarding. It motivates me to strive for excellence in everything I do. I enjoy the opportunity to continually learn new things in my job, as it keeps me engaged and allows me to grow both personally and professionally. I believe the greatest value I can provide is my vast experience in customer service.
I currently live in Fresno, CA, with my husband, Greg, my son, Louie, and my stepdaughters, Krissy and Katie. Outside of work, I participate in helping the homeless every year and support my brother, Father Gerardo, at his church. In my free time, I love to read, travel, and enjoy wine as a wine connoisseur.
